At Organic Virsa, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure that every product is packed and delivered in the best condition. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective
- Your order is incomplete or missing items
To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase/order number
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund. Similar policies are common among Pakistani organic retailers.
Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be sent through your original payment method or bank transfer (depending on payment method used)
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made from our side.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
